By navigating the website or ordering any of our goods the user agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
All purchase orders received by ALULA Furniture and confirmed by the client by the issuing of a confirmation down-payment are governed by these Terms and Conditions whether the order was made through ALULA Furniture’s website or off line using other communication means such as a email, fax or message.
This website is property of ALULA Furniture Ltd., commercial entity with headquarters in Alkhereiji Centre, 5th Floor. Madina Road, Riyadh. Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
ALULA Furniture reserves the right to unilaterally change without notice, and at any time the presentation and configuration of Website. ALULA Furniture may also at any time and without notice, amend these terms and conditions by posting such changes on the Website in order to make them known to Users before the purchase of any goods offered in the Website.
Product Information – ALULA Furniture will display full details on the specific product name, reference, size, format, price and availability / delivery.
Purchase Procedure – 1. Online: Filling in the form established for this purpose in the Web site, by phone or by email at info@alulafurniture.com.
Registered Users – The User is given the option to enrol as a Registered User in the Website. Once the registration form is filled in, the User will access the Website by use of a username and password, which will automatically retrieve the User’s billing and shipping details. The username and password are personal and not transferable. ALULA Furniture may make, with proper notice, changes in the username and / or password. Registration is only available for users at least eighteen (18) years old and with the legal minimum age for contracting the services offered in ALULA Furniture according to the laws of their country of residence.
Price – At the time of the purchase price will be displayed by product, with taxes and VAT according to the fiscal rules approved by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For more information on import taxes in countries not members of the European Union please see section “Shipping”.
Minimum Order – The minimum order will vary depending on the product and appear specified in the particular product.
Geographical Coverage – ALULA Furniture sells and ships worldwide with the exception of some specific countries. Contact us to find out more about countries not included in our market range.
Shipping – ALULA Furniture collaborates with various transport companies. Please see Shipping Policy information for more details. ALULA Furniture may on occasions offer users the possibility of contracting an express service to reduce delivery times. The cost of an express delivery will be entirely covered by the User.
Confirmation of an Order – Upon receipt of the purchase order and verification of payment, ALULA Furniture will send the User a delivery note via e-mail confirming the purchase. In addition, with delivering of the product ALULA Furniture will provide the User with a copy of these General Terms and Conditions, which the User had already expressly accepted by when the purchase was made on the Website. All orders are subject to acceptance by ALULA Furniture and the availability of the requested item(s). If your order has been unsuccessful, you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations.

Other methods of payment are not accepted. The amount of the purchase order plus the shipping costs will be charged at the time the order is placed.
Trade Clients – Interior design studios, architects, purchase companies, prescriptors and any other company or individual in the sector of interior design may be granted the condition of Trade Client. Trade Clients benefit from special promotions and discounts in percentages or fixed amounts to be decided by ALULA Furniture sole discretion.
Order Delivery – Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday. ALULA Furniture undertakes to deliver the product purchased at the address the User provided for this purpose on the order form. Deliveries to PO Boxes are not accepted. ALULA Furniture has delivery agreements with different transport companies. Shipping costs both in standard mode and express mode are reflected in the Web page. ALULA Furniture will ship and deliver goods only when full payment of the order has been satisfied. ALULA Furniture reserves the right to charge a 2% weekly storage fees if client fails to satisfy balance payments whithin a maximum of seven (7) days since the order is finished and ready for shipping.
Promotions – ALULA Furniture can sometimes offer promotions, offers or discounts on some or all of their products. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the use of a promotional offer or discount cannot be combined with other promotions, offers or discounts. Each promotional code is strictly limited to one use per customer, it cannot be passed to anyone else and must always be kept confidential. Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash. ALULA Furniture retains the right to unilaterally cancel or withdraw a specific promotional code if used by the user in a different way in which the code was issued.
Incidents Return of Wrong or Defective Products –
Since all ALULA Furniture products are custom made according to the exact specifications of format, size and frame decided by each User, there is no possibility of returning the products purchased beyond those cases in which ALULA Furniture delivered wrong or defective goods for reasons attributable to ALULA Furniture. For cases in which ALULA Furniture delivered wrong or defective goods for reasons attributable to ALULA Furniture, the client must report such defects or wrong items no later than 14 days since delivery of the order. No claim will be accepted after 14 days since delivery of an order.
For a return (only for cases reported within 14 days since delivery of an order) to be accepted the item returned must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. No return will be accepted if not returned in the original packaging. The carrier may refuse a collection if these requirements are not met. Under all circumstances the Buyer is responsible for arranging and satisfying all cost related to the return. Once the item is received by ALULA Furniture in perfect condition and the reason for the return is positively verified, ALULA Furniture may choose to proceed to the reparation or substitution of the returned pieces. The Buyer is responsible for arranging and satisfying all cost related to the shipment of the goods once repared or substituted. ALULA Furniture does not issue refunds.
If, at the moment of delivery, the Buyer appreciates damages in the packaging, the Buyer may refuse the package by: 1. communicating directly to the delivery company driver that the shipment is rejected; 2. accepting it but indicating the defect in the delivery order and immediately contacting ALULA Furniture via email info@alulafurniture.com within 24 hours since reception of the order. For any claim to be accepted, the Buyer must provide ALULA Furniture with photographic evidence and copy of the delivery order indicating that the package showed damages at the time of delivery. In this case ALULA Furniture will bear the cost of return.
The Buyer understands that the products purchased through ALULA Furniture are the result of a handmade and non-mechanized work, and that as a result of the manufacturing process the final product may contain little variations from the image posted on ALULA Furniture’s website. The variations do not alter the main product’s features nor they decrease the value of the product. Such variations may not constitute cause for return or exchange.
The Buyer agrees that the colours of the products presented in the website may vary depending on the screen in which they are seen. Similarly, the Buyer understands that the final product may have slight differences in shades of colours and intensities between what is shown on a digital display and the final product. Such variations may not constitute cause for return or exchange.
User Obligations – The User agrees to comply with these General Terms and Conditions, as well as to meet the special warnings or instructions contained therein or on the Website and to always act according to law, good morality and the requirements of good faith, using the diligence appropriate to the nature of service enjoyed by refraining from using the Website in any way that may impede, damage or impair the normal functioning, property or rights of ALULA Furniture, its suppliers, other users or in general any third party.

This server ensures that your data is encrypted to the service centre and so reading and manipulation by third parties are avoided.
Intellectual Property Rights – ALULA Furniture owns or is the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Website and the material displayed on the Website (including logos, texts, images, data, graphics, layout, films, audio material, algorithms, item details and/or software) as well as the trademarks displayed on the Website.
ALULA Furniture grants the User a limited, temporary, revocable, and non-exclusive licence to access, browse and use the Website.
Absolutely no element of the Website may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in full or in part, for any purpose without ALULA Furniture’s prior written consent. ALULA Furniture is not responsible for the information, services and / or products offered and / or provided by third parties through the Website or content provided by third parties. ALULA Furniture is not responsible for any damages to the software or hardware of the user arising from access to the Website or use of information or applications contained within it.
